I attached my white die cut from Die'sire with my felicitation words just over the edge of my red folded base card.
Next I folded a large piece of white cardstock in accordion style and attached it to the front of my card with on each part a cake, some party elements and red colored corner stickers.
The images of the cakes are from an old decoupage sheet from Picturel ( Kars and Co 11745/053 cut by hand into several layers and mad 3D.
The accordion part of my card is held closed with two red star brads.

Apparently calories don't matter to you because these look incredibly delicious. I couldn't stop at just one, I would need a couple pieces from each. Lovely card
