This is for Sabrina's Ways to Use It Challenge Two for Tea - use Tea or T on your card.
Today's challenge is so serendipitous for me! I've been going through old paper to use it or donate it. Yesterday I found 4 small sheets of this paper left over from a coffee & tea card kit exchange. I had never used it, didn't know if I could match the colors and thought it was time to let it go, into the donation box it went. This morning, I saw Sabrina's challenge and pulled the paper out as quickly as I threw it in. The flowers are so sparkly and have a lot of texture. I did my best to coordinate the colors. In certain light, it looks well-matched; in different light it looks off. From a tea-related stamp set, I stamped this tag in both the chocolate & guava inks. Punched both and cut out the TY to glue over the brown tag. I raised it up on Dimensionals and used a cord to make it like a tag for a teabag. For bonus points or cookies, I used a word that starts with "T". Such a tea-riffic challenge. TFL

LOL, I've done that too - had something in my FreeCycle bag, and then pulled it back out because it was the most perfect thing for a challenge. Yes, you've certainly earned the cookies to enjoy with your cup of tea. That is such pretty paper, must be even more so in real life with the flowers as you describe them. It's the little birds perched on the pots that I love most - and the tag is just perfect.

Fantastic paper! I love the colours and you DID match them very well! I really like the way the twine for the tag comes out between the paper layers. Sweet card!
