Sabrina's TLC challenge is Black Magic. I love this technique and haven't tried it for awhile. Tricia's CAS challenge is April Showers. My card is a bit of a push for CAS, but it's as close to CAS as I get!
After following the Black Magic tutorial, I stamped silver rain drops. I added a lilac die cut frame to complete. TFL

A magical title and a beautiful card which makes me think it might even be fun to be out in a rainy garden on a moonlight night. Hang on...if it was raining there wouldn't be enough moonlight to enjoy. So I'll settle for the beauty of your card ;-) and stay dry. That framing is wonderful too.
