This is my card for the alpha challenge round 7 letter S. Part 2 is to make a shaped card for spring. I made an origami shirt card. There is a picture tutorial here. Some of the measurements are in metric, so the main inch measurements I used are a 6"x10", scored at 1-1/2", 3", & 4-1/2" lengthwise (although I'm not sure the 3" score is really necessary when using a scoring board). The collar fold is 3/4". The base of the shirt tucks underneath the collar to close the card. I needed a quick card for a retirement party today. This was very easy to put together.
Because this is a 5"x5" card, I also made an envelope.

Wow Melody! "I needed a quick card" and origami do not go together in my mind but you have created a fabulous retirement shirt card! It is truly stylin' - looks like a celebratory trip to Hawaii is in order!

Sensational! Love the shirt shaped card. The tropical colors and pattern look great. This one would make an excellent Father's Day card. Well done with Letter S. TFS
