Brushos are amazing! I love the vibrant colors....I made some other backgrounds, but this was my favorite. I started creating my bg with blue, orange and purple Brushos pigments...I put the powders down on watercolor paper and spritzed with water....dabbed until I got the look I wanted...got out my handy heat gun to dry. Next, I put my stencil down and spritzed with water...quickly removed the stencil and waited about 15 seconds before blotting up the excess water...You can really see 2 butterflies if you look closely. Then I stamped these pretty butterflies directly onto my bg in black...and then stamped on separate paper in versamark and embossed in black...brushos in orange on the butterflies and fussy cut them out..I curled them but difficult to tell in photo. Again..I used my trusty tulip ef. Man, I love that folder.
Have a good weekend and always be grateful!

Beautiful bg and I do see you ghosted butterflies. The row of rhinestones not only adds some shine but is also a nice balance for the monarchs - Great use of shadow behind the fussy cut butterflies.

Your colours of your background are so vibrant. LOVE brushos. You did good getting a ghosted image using brushos on watercolour paper - not easy to do! Love the dreamy look and perfect with a butterfly.
