This was really fun. For the "food" challenge, chicken is a food, right? For the mix, I followed Loll's tutorial, using the spray inks (distress), and put the honey comb stencil over the top when it was dry. I sprayed water with my TH misters, removing the stencil right away, then blotting with a paper towel after about 15 seconds. The bg looked like chicken wire.
I got a card years ago, saving the pattern of the chicken. I cut out the pieces, added marker and colored pencil, then googly eyes. I popped it up, then added the labels. I hope you like it.

Oh, yes, chicken is food and I will take mine fried, if you are cooking. This poor little chick sure has a scared look on his face. Thank you, for joining us for the F4A challenge.

Ha ha ha - the look on your chick makes me think she's concerned that she really WILL be the food. Great job on you ghosted bg - I AL-most grabbed the chicken wire today too but wasn't sure what to do after that . . .super job, Anne.

It would be a fabulous background for bees, too! Fun chicken, too cute to eat. You're great with your saves, I was looking at your non-die foxy card again the other day.
It's funny because DH says he doesn't like chicken but 3 of his all-time favourite dinners are chicken-based!!
