The background is mixture of blended Ranger distress inks on a white card stock with geometric stencil overlayed so the white shows through. Using my Misti I inked the puppy and stamped it on some acetate and flipped it over on to some white card stock so that I got a reverse image. Colored the images with Prismacolor pens and mounted them on foam dots.

Ha, ha! What a great doggie birthday card! Lovely background! It looks great contrasting with your brown dogs. Their collars pick up the background wonderfully!
