The medium I normally use is the sort you paint on to the text page and let it dry, then rub the page off. I prefer this, as it leaves the text the right way round, but today for the sake of speed I tried the way in the link Polly gave. I used a gelli-print RAK from Stacy for my background and added some music. The first music book I tried didn't transfer at all, and I knocked my pencils over rushing to try to get a different music book before the Mod Podge dried!
Then I added my text stamp and the die-cut angel, after burnishing his wings with copper gilding wax (Lefranc & Bourgeois).
For the base, I spritzed some white card with gold and sand Brusho sprays, and then stamped the script in Walnut Stain, and sponged the edges.
I stuck my print panel on and then stitched it in a few places, and also stitched on some gold beads. Added some wood effect sequins (Serendipity Stamps), green glass glitter, gold microbeads and a few smears of gold Stickles, trying to achieve a sort of mediaeval look.

Thanks for breaking out of your usual routine text treansfer and trying this. Your gelli print looks lovely as a backdrop for that angel. And her wings are amazing! All the bits of gold embellishments just add to the medieval look of this card. Don't ya just love adding gold to your projects...it brings out something extra special. I'm glad you could play along today Sabrina

Love that copper burnish on the angel wings - it really makes them glow! . . and the rather ethereal look you got with the text transfer on the deli paper set off by the beadz & glitter.
