I made this for the WT challenge to use gel pens. I used the Signo white gel pen for the dots on the bg. The faux stitching on the main image and friend tag are done with Gelly Roll Stardust pens, and you can't really see it (IRL you can feel it), but there is white Gelly Roll Glaze pen on the daisy petals.
Also, there is yellow Stickles for the Prima centers.
The little bird is the A Muse one that SweetMissDaisy made me buy, 'cause her examples were too darn cute!
