This was inspired by a card I saw on Mary Fish's blog, Stampin Pretty. She left space in between the papers. I butted them up against each other. That way, I could just put glue all over my base. I cut a piece of white 4x5 1/4, put mono all over it, then laid down the half inch strips I had cut. Then I used my guillotine cutter to cut the whole thing down to 3 3/4 x 5.

Lynne, this is awesome! Beautifully matching red and white papers and a wonderful quilted look. I love the hearts and arrows too. You really aced this patterned paper challenge!
