Images were stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black which won't bleed when coloring with Copics markers.
The "Love" sentiment was stamped with a photopolymer stamp from Stampin' Up!'s "Endless Birthday Wishes" set. Since it is photopolymer, I was able to curve the word to arc a bit over the balloon. The stamp says "Lovely", so I only inked the part of the word I wanted on the balloon.
The little girl's wheels on her roller skates were positioned using my Stamp-a-ma-jig stamp positioner.
