For our Teapot Tuesday Teaparty we were to use a light house, which I usually do that for masculine cards. So, played with my Gelli Plate to get kind of a pastel bg. Then stamped my lighthouse on it, and die cut it. I placed it on a Zig Zag bg to be like waves I guess. Wrapped the gold thread around that pnel and also stamped my sentiments on the Gelli print. I used two of my favorite colored CS; Sage Shadow and So Saffron.
Hope this tickles a teapotter.
Thanks for looking.

I think this is the only lighthouse that has been duplicated in the gallery - and nearly triplicated because it's one that I have and love too . What a great encouraging sentiment - perfect with the anchor charm too. The chevron embossing looks great too, adds to the maritime feel. Your gelli plate background looks cool - some time I'll have to try making a homemade one just to try. But I have no water up in my attic, so messy techniques are a bit problematical. I love the way the part of it you stamped the bottom sentiment on looks like ripples on water.

I love your color choices and the way you framed your lighthouse with a hexagon shape. The sentiment and charm are the perfect compliment for this card.

Sharon,
the layout is the first thing I saw which is absolutely stunning! But what really caught my eye is your wonderful combination of colors used behind the stamped image!
