I love the die cut frame she used. I wish I knew the name of mine. It was given to me and I searched the internet forever trying to find it. If someone knows, I would appreciate if you let me know. I found some very similar but not this one.
I did a watercolor wash for the background, added the frame over it, and then stacked the hearts. A little stamping and a silver cord finished it off.

That is a pretty die cut frame! And it looks lovely over your BG. The stacked hearts are a clever idea, especially with the silver cord appearing to tie them together.

Brenda, your water colored wash bg is just Gorgeous and shows through your flower die so Beautifully! Great idea to stack your hearts and place a word on each one! Love the little bow holding them together~
