just trying to get this uploaded...will edit as I am able.
Happy Australia you down unders
forgive all my rants...this time! Big Smile...I must have issues....
I paper pieced from beloved Basic Grey patterns A LONG time ago. Kept waiting for a challenge that might fix...Today is definitely the day.
Also love the big cloud Basic Grey bg. Not sure which paper group this came from as it was in a BEST of Basic Grey 12x12 pad and none of the patterns were marked.
The real star of the card is the sentiment. We often times think (especially here in the rainy Pacific NW) gray, grey downer (but not down under) thoughts. Those rainbows do exist behind the clouds. And now I am going off to work and spread rainbow happiness...
Have a marvelous day, friends...and to my Aussies friends...please let us know how you celebrate. Foods??? Liquid libations? Fireworks? Horseshoes?
What do you DO?
Thanks Sabrina.

BG Mellow for the cloudy sky;-). The upload issues are a pain, I sure hope the tech team can fix them soon or we'll all run out of perseverance. Susan, I love that you ran with the upsidedown umbrella concept and created one of your typical challenging cards - and a beauty too. I already have too many umbrellas in my collection, mostly from my favourite umbrella shop in Paris, but if I saw one like that blue and green one IRL, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. The only other paper I recognise is the Kioshi!

Pinned and faved before I typed a word!!! I have been sitting here for ages taking this all in. I love BG papers, I can't remember the name of the background DP but I know I love it. You are so talented and create the most fascinating cards Susan.
