Such a lovely site for today's IC! I was inspired by THIS.
To make my Valentine card, I had a tag & little strip of water color bg. I also had a little piece of white w/ the negative (left over part) of a die cut & trimmed the bottom to fit the tag; just to dress it up a bit. The heart dies were cut out of a paint chip I found w/ colors that blended in. One of the colors was “Coral Kiss” & I thought that went as well, so I left it. The little hearts were added & the top 3/4 of the white panel was embossed w/ a woodgrain folder to add a little texture.

stunning, my friend....love how you pull unrelated elements together and use them in different and spectacular ways...like the border on the tag....so clever and beautiful

Julie, this is a gorgeous card! I love how you always weave different textures into your cards. Love the reflection as well.
