Yay, the southerly has finally arrived - SO HOT here the past few days, didn't get below 30oC overnight!!
I have quickly made this card for today's challenge as we are entertaining guests soon. In keeping with my new year resolution to use up dp, even long hoarded loved dp, I die cut circle out of dp and adhered to die cut orange c/s. Fussy cut the yellow flower & separate orange centre, raised both, using dimensionals. Added the sequins and sentiment. I put the sequins on the opposite side to the sketch and left off the large heart.
TFL! Will be back to comment on the other cards in the gallery!

Bright and sunny b'day card with the colors you have chosen, Sue. Like how you did a popped up, layered blossoms for the focal point. Your DP is a lovely one.

Excellent card! Love the bright colors. Wonderful use of the sketch. This card would brighten someone's birthday. Love it. Good for you using up paper. I did that in 2016 and continuing into 2017. It's been great fun and challenging at times. You did great using this paper. Well done. TFS
