Something old: 1989 sentiment stamp
Something new: clearsnap colorbox inks
Something borrowed: skating Santa image
Something blue: bow, card base
A while back, a couple friends dropped in for an afternoon of coloring. Mostly copics, but I'd just received my zig markers. So I'd asked Cheryl to borrow her Santa image and stamped off a few on watercolor paper. I'm not sure who made the image.
The new items are the ink pads that were included in the falliday fest prize package I'd received from clearsnap. (Many thanks!) I smeared them on a palette, then used an aqua brush to paint Santa.
I don't think the sentiment is the oldest stamp I own, but it comes close. It shows I've been doing this since the late 80's-- How time flies when you're having fun. Stamping.
