I used some left over coated card which had a beautiful bister/spray starch background as my liquid colour and stenciling with Viva Decor 3D stamp paint to anchor the floating bubbles.
I used a Simons says Stamp die to create the inlaid die background using the bister coated card.

WOW! That background is magnificent! What fabulous marbling in that piece and LOVE this die! It's already on my wish list. Love the design of this one. Now off to find some 3-D paint too!

Love the blend of colours from your bister. Great way of anchoring it by adding the stencilling around it! The sequins carry through with the circle motif perfectly.
