I sprayed my bg paper with a couple of different ink sprays. I then took cotton balls and plopped on some acrylic paint..I used a white pearl color which has some sheen to it. The rest was stamped...I stamped, colored, and cut out the hanging pods. I then added some stickles and doodled. Thanks for taking a look and join us for the MIX205 challenge!

This is pure magic Polly, I have been sitting here for the longest time taking it all in. The texture and blends of colour in the background is incredible. I can't wait to see the challenge details to learn more. I love this so much Pol.

Amazing creation! Your plopping of acrylic paint and your hanging pods and stamped fairy are all so wonderfully done! Thank you for sharing your inspiration and for your challenge

Polly, I think the original background was beautiful as it was, but the softness you added certainly lets those wonderful flowers (they remind me somewhat of fuchsia) shine even more. Thanks for a fun challenge, I really enjoyed it.

I can begin to tell how much I love this! I know the colors have a lot to do with how it strikes me because I love blue-greens, greens, and yellow together and the pinks-fushia addition is so GREAT! But, then your "fushia" flowers that just pop off of the page and the darling silhouette... My, my it is just GREAT! I can see I'm just going to have to invest in some Lavina silhouettes!
