This card is for Polly's VSN Challenge, a very simple but effective way of creating a scene on a card.
First stamp your image onto some watercolour paper, I used SU Chocolate Chip, then take your aqua brush and drag eh colour from the outline into the image and that's all you really need to do.
I have added a little extra dimension by picking up some SU Garden Green marker that I had scribbled onto a tile and added colour to the holly, I did the same thing for the berries using SU Real Red.
I mounted the image onto some craft foam then onto the DP and there you have it,
Cheers
Marg

A simple technique but so effective! This is delightful and what a beautiful example of a snowy scene. I love the way they framed this with the branches and greenery. Love your card Marg...thanks for playing in my challenge

I adore this! Into my favourites it goes! I have this image and love what you have done with it. It looks a bit like an old hand tinted photo. Thanks so much for providing the details on how you coloured it. Beautiful!
