I wish I was one of those people that could split this open and closed images. This is a money gift holder by sizzix, it's a long thick cut die. The money falls out so I used a MFT strip die, you can't see it, but it keeps the cash inside. I used the SU envelope maker for the envelope. This is for the post man. He always takes such good care of our mail, he knows I have trouble getting around and when I have a package, when it's raining or snowing he brings my mail to the door. Since my mail box is about 1/4 mile away, it's a kinder gesture then it might seem.
Thanks for looking

I do get how kind your mailman's gesture is and how much it means to you, Tonda! Our mailbox is at our farm and needs to be driven to as the farm is three miles from our house! Our post lady delivers her final stop just down the road from us and will often come by with a pkg she knows is for us even though it is beyond her territory! Our post no longer allows extensions, so we would have to place a mailbox at our nearest neighbour's which is about a 1/4 mile away.

A fabulous project. That is so sweet of you to do this for your mailman for the kindness he has shown you. My mail person is opposite of yours. I get everyone else's mail and they probably get mine. :)

This is perfect for your mailman. What a nice guy to take the time to deliver to your door; and nice of you to give a gift to him. Love the mailbox die-cut. The red flag is so cute. Love how you put Dave's name in die-cut letters on the envelope. Great gift card holder! TFS
