The first of the VSN challenges. It took 40 minutes to do and is quite simple.
The greeting boarder is from the Stamp It stamp and I simply cut the centre out with the second larges Spellbinder nestie square then trimmed the square on the outside with my paper trimmer, mounted this on a second peace of frame cut from the same card stock then backed that with some DP and mounted the whole thing onto some craft foam before putting it onto the DP on the base of the card.

Marg, I LOVE how this turned out! Very classic look...that shimmery gold ribbon is the perfect addition for the pretty bells!
