A card made with bits and pieces left lying on my crafting table, aka dining room table. In attempting to clean it up, I happened to drop these three items together just like this and decided it looked good. The bg was a salted bg I attempted last summer. The heart and tree die cut fell on it and after adding a black mat and sentiment, I pretty well had a finished card. Which brings me to this week's S2S16WW challenge to use three items off your table (if you are messy like me) or out of your stash, if you are super organized and create a card. I', entering it in the CAS406 challenge too, although it is, in my opinion not perfectly CAS,but it does have white space and can be construed as a winter card, due to the bare tree.

For some silly reason, I clean up after every card, so I'd have to use my stash. I love the look you got when these things "fell" together. Perfect to add this card here. Love the colors.

What a gorgeous card Ina! Wow! I love this beautiful salted background that showcases this wonderful tree and heart-shaped "moon" to perfection. Your black mat and lovely sentiment are the perfect finishing touches on this beautiful card. Don't you just love it when a card literally "falls" together. I giggled when I read this Ina. Big hugs! ~Karen.

Ina, this is a gorgeous birthday card that evolved from scraps on your dining table!! LOL The background is a fantastic background for the black tree and heart-shaped moon (very clever)! Wonderful artwork, Ina!

This is a gorgeous background and I think it is CAS. Even though the space isn't white, there is a lot of open space and that tree is definitely winter.
