LOL--Today is still all about Holly as she is hosting the CAS challenge. Holly, I accept your challenge of combining CAS402 and FS509. I do love a good challenge after all!
I love rainbow cards, but I never make them and I really loved this card of Holly's (which I noticed coincidentally was from another of the CAS challenges that she hosted: CAS391 Grateful Butterfly by hbrown at Splitcoaststampers
I love the rainbow across the middle of the page, so I printed out some Christmas lights to go across my page and I sponged their rainbow of lights around them. Then I cut out another set of lights and popped them up just slightly using another layer of cardstock.
Then I agonized over the sentiment stamp for about ten minutes. I love this Happy Holidays stamp, but I sort of wanted a "Merry & Bright" sentiment. Ultimately, I stamped each of them onto my Stamp-a-ma-jig and held them over the card to decide which I liked better. Then I decided to put a "merry & bright" sentiment on the inside of the card.

Your lights remind me of the style lights we use to put on the outside of the house! The colors bright and pretty! Those old lights had true colors that look like your lights on your card!
