When I saw the Polka Dot packaging in this challenge I knew straight away I had to use my W&W stencil that had been sitting in its packaging for weeks. I didn't have a plan but knew it had to be as colourful as the picture that inspired me.
I chose some colourful inks and away I went sponging to my little heart's content. I decided to stamp random circle stamps in black but still felt it was lacking something. I chose the black cardstock to compliment the stamping, heat embossed the sentiment in white and still felt it needed more. I love twine and ribbon on cards so found some cerise twine in my stash, added a few rhinestones and decided to stop before I went overboard. The design isn't something new and I'm sure there's been lots of similar cards using this stencil, but I'm happy with my efforts even though the sponging isn't fantastic. Any suggestions on improvements are gladly welcomed. Thank you for this challenge and for taking time to look at my card. Happy day
