Haha...you had to know as a pastor's wife that I'd choose Glinda and go with team good! I took a refresher look at some Glinda images and tried to pick up on some of those elements. I started out with pink, tulle and the glittery wand in mind. I embossed a frame and highlighted it with Wink of Stella. I punched a double slit and inserted the tulle. I stamped my sentiment in pink then used a glitter pen to go over the writing emphasizing the GOOD. I punched the glittery stars and popped one up.
