I cut squares of plain & patterned paper and layered together for a Masculine quilted look. Embossed the boot with Onyx powder & punched it into a circle to spotlight it. Added the framed greeting and a black Satin bow crimped in the center with a western looking brad.

Ha - the black bow makes me think of the ties that the men wear in old Westerns. I wouldn't have thought that without the rest of the Western vibes from the card, but there you are .

Great combination! Your quilt bg has a definite masculine fee. Love how the sentiment picks up the swirls in the boot and the ribbon and marvelous brad add more western flare.

What a great masculine composition. I am still hoarding some of that gorgeous paper and I like the way you used it. The brad is perfect with the cowboy boot - into my faves for inspiration!

Great patchwork. I love the western flair of the dp......the brad reminds me of a concho!
