This snowman has a puddle around him so perhaps he is thinking Let it Snow! but I didn't have any signs that said that. He is embossed and wearing a blue top hat as he is a stylish snowman. He was lightly sponged with Marina Mist to help set him off from the DSP

Accessories: Embossing folder from UK called SnowFlakes, Half pearls for eyes, mouth and buttons, DSP for Scarf, Snowflake on hat, and brad on sign came from the leftover box I maintain from purchases that don't use up everything.
Techniques: Punched circles 2.5, 1.75,and 1.25 inches, Used 1" square for top of hat, word window punch for brim

What wonderful snowflake paper in the background of this amazing snowman! I like that you used a snowflake embossing folder for the circles for the snowman! The gems provide wonderful facial features!
