This is for Today's featured stamper...Bev..guneauxdesigns...come check out her gallery. so many neat works of art to inspire one....I did see the diamond fold card pretty quick and kept coming back to it so thought I would give it a try...it is fun to try a different style instead of the regular one. Here...WT604, Diamond Fold Card by guneauxdesigns at Splitcoaststampers
I wanted to do a cute Christmas card and saw this little bunny stamp..I had to smile when I saw it as was thinking how to make it Christmassy...then thought what if your little one wanted to be in the Christmas play and wanted to put on her favorite bunny costume...I could imagine her saying ....but mommy...wasn't there bunnies at the manger too..?
so...that is where that went...think it works?
The fold isn't too bad to do at all actually so if your worried try it...easier then it looks and if I can do it so can you. Not sure how to link the instructions...they have them in the tutorials.
Once I got the folds just cut the squares of the sizes of them a touch smaller and cut them in half...I didn't have a Chrstmassy stamp that fit in the one side so I printed it off the net. Just lightly colored it with water markers added the couple snowflakes and spirals I already had on hand so not to bad.
Thanks for the visit...and Bev for the idea...HUGS

How cute! Your little bunny girl reminds me of the Christmas Story movie where the Ralphie had to wear the bunny suit. Wonderful fold & I love the colors & snowflakes.

Oh, Wendy, so glad you chose that card!! Your card is absolutely gorgeous. I love your thought process behind the bunny, and she is so darling and a wonderful choice! The oval design over the square is a fantastic idea. Your sentiments and designer paper are wonderful!! Thank you so much, Wendy, for honoring my work; I am elated!! Hugs!!
