I made my background with aqua pencils, then I rubbed them with a baby wipe to mix the colors, then I made a stencil in a piece of paper by punching holes with different sizes and I rubbed ink over the holes, white and silver ink, the witch is an image found on the web and printed 3 times and fussy cut
I think this is a gentle little witch, and because I don't send Halloween cards I thought this can be ok for a girl
