Seriously, in all my years (not saying how many) we've had ONE white Christmas here in N. Texas! I love the song that this sentiment is from, but it makes me laugh as snow doesn't really make me feel like Christmas!
I used Blueprint Sketch to ink the background after applying the die cut masks (Impression Obsession snowflakes--2 sets). Before removing the masks, I added a bit of splatters with white acrylic paint. I heat embossed the sentiment with silver. Added the background to a panel of silver foil and attached all to card base.
I finished it off with a few clear sequins from PPP.

Aw, I know what you mean - the idea of a white Christmas is so magical! Your card is o pretty, I love the way the snowflakes pop against the blue.
