Audrie chose the perfect inspiration site for today's challenge - I need Halloween cards - and specifically today - I wanted to make a card that I could send - in pieces - to my grandnieces and nephews so they could put together their own Halloween card/decoration!
I was inspired by one of Anne's treat box cards in her post here I chose the one with the haunted house and skeleton and just made a card front - not a treat box.
I was going to use a haunted house die I had and stamp a skeleton and cut it out - but when I pulled out all of my dies etc - I decided to use a bare tree and scaredy cat die instead! !
I stenciled the Cameo Frame die cut background with a bat stencil and layered the tree and cat over it with foam dots. I punched the fence and adhered just the end pieces over the panel so the fence curves out in the middle. I sponged the edges with Distress Hickory Smoke ink and added a few rhinestones for glitter and wrinkled seam tape through the hole I punched on the top.

Love your scaredy cat card! Great papers and I just love that fence.
Glad you didn't use the haunted house and skeleton or you'd think I copied!! But I never look at the gallery first.

STUNNINGLY PRETTY & SPOOKY! Honestly, every week you AMAZE me with your talent! Awesome design (I also plan to try those treat bags too! I think it would be fun to give something out like that to trick or treaters that I know.) Fav'd and Pinned!

I like the way you used different dp for the dies ... it really makes this card original and creative!! I love it!
