I only had lemonade sugar free powder so I tried it. It goes white with the embossing powder mixed with it even though I had colored the lemon before applying embossing powder. I had to do that using a reverse mask to get the versamark only where I wanted it - on the lemon. I don't really smell much with this but it was worth a try.

Pat, your card is marvelous. The embossed bg is perfect to back your lovely lemon. I love how the uneven texture from the lemon powder creates a perfect lemon peel! I found my cards smelled more the second day. Thanks for getting smelly with me and playing in my challenge.

I was thinking that this image would be perfect with a lemon scent, so I'm glad you used it. And I agree with Carla; the texture ( which I wasn't expecting) gives a wonderful lemon peel look. I like it when I find those rougher knobbly ones in the shops. And it looks lovely set against that textured white background.

Love how the lemon turned out on your card. My card smelled more the second day I wonder if yours does as well. Oh I feel like I can just smell the lemon through my screen. Nicely done.

I figured out why my EP was turning white - I had mixed up the lids to the jars. I had white on clear and clear on white! That is how I ended up with a clear greeting today when I went to emboss.
