I had bought some plain white tags so that I could use them for cards, gifts, ect. So I took my washi tape and put two layers on the top of the tag. Added some pattern paper to make the circle, punched a hole through and took some ribbon and twine and ran it through the top. Then stamped my background on the bottom of the tag. I put a little wink of stella on the 'water' but it doesn't really show up. Then used an embossing folder for the velum and layered everything onto the card. I stamped my little sentiment and heat embossed it.

Rebecca I love everything about this - the papers, your colouring, great design, embossed vellum and most of all the terrific tag. Thanks for the details.

The black and white is a fab background for your fun flamingo. I especially like the way you added the tape to the top of the tag, I would like to try that out.

This is gorgeous! You did an amazing layering job on the flamingo and I absolutely love the embossed velum on the striped background. Fan-tab-u-lous!!!!!
What a fun and trendy card! I am a huge fan of stripes, and your black and white stripes contrast so wonderfully against that pink flamingo! Adding that velum to soften the contrast and add extra texture was a brilliant move.
