Welcome to Falliday Fest 2016! I hope you will join us for this fantastic event! Come play along with the Falliday Fest Challenges!
Another set of angels for my challenges done in shimmery white cs that has been sponged in salty ocean blue. Love the look of the shimmer paper sponged with color!!
Traced and cut out all the pieces of the angel and then embossed them in a snowflake, dotted and swirl embossing folders. Used both sides of the embossing folders to show contrast in the appearance of the angels - see their bows and body portions.
For the card, I formed the body portion and then flatten it and glued the backs together. Doing this gives the angel more depth as you are only gluing down the back of the body! Line up the wings and glue both of them down first, then add the body, next the face glued to the bottom only of the halo, and then the bow.
Final touch on these two was to add small blue gemstones in light and royal blue. TFL!

How did I miss these little cutie putooties!! I could imagine the free standing angel as an exquisite place card on a beautiful Christmas table. Have I told you lately how fabulous your gallery looks Ann.
