I picked a couple of ornamental plum leaves on my early morning nature walk today. Wow - these were so heavily pigmented that this lovely image came out on both the front & reverse sides of my cardstock PLUS a skeletal image on both sides of my 'shim'. The 'sandwich' I ran through my brand new BS was bottom plate, 2 layers white cardstock, the plum leaves, double layer of paper towel and top plate.
The greeting was inked with a plum colored marker. This REALLY CAS card took all of 10 minutes to make!! SO much faster & easier than the hammer method I've used previously on flowers & leaves...

Your plum leaves are gorgeous!! I love the sound of how your day has started. It is so nice to take a walk and observe the beauty around us. It's even nicer that you brought some home to craft with. You created a truly lovely clean and simple card. Enjoy the rest of your day!! :>)
