This is for the Technique Challenge to use nature for an All Natural Impression. I selected a leafy stem from our backyard tree and pressed it onto some watercolor paper utilizing my Big Shot. The main stem is thick enough to have embossed the paper. I stamped the verse over the panel after it dried. A string of fiber covered a blank area. The panel is raised on Dimensionals. I used an extra nature print strip with a scrap of embossed Kraft for added interest at the bottom. My card is tall since I'm using a long string tie envelope (pictured). I love the effect of this technique. Hope you are able to try it yourself and join the challenge. Thanks for looking!

I really like the way the stem of the leaf added some embossed texture to your beautiful panel. I also love the torn edges, and the extra bit of leafy print at the bottom.

I love, love, love that leaf!! That verse is awesome too. I write it out over and over again as I seem to have a lot of trouble dealing with my anxiety. I like the tall and skinny card!! :>)
