I used Brushos pigments in blue, yellow and purple for the bg. I started with watercolor paper and tapped the dry powders on gently with dry paintbrush. Next, I spritzed paper with water until I liked the look and dabbed a bit up with a tissue. Then I added a tiny bit of Color Burst metallic liquid pigment in gold. For the scrunch you paper part, I dipped a crumpled tissue in gold Inka gold metallic rub.
I had a nice photo of this but forgot to upload it before hubby and I left for the mountains...oh, well.
