I am submitting this card for the alphabet challenge for the letter R for "resist." I actually cased a card I had done previously with this technique because it is so fun to do. I changed up the layout, but here is the original card I based this from: Petal Party Thank You by Art Deco Diva at Splitcoaststampers. In order to make this card, stamp the flowers and leaves onto watercolor paper with versamark ink, and heat emboss with white embossing powder. Color each flower and leaf with Spectrum Noir Aqua markers using several colors of markers on each flower and leaf. With paper lying flat, spritz generously with water and see what happens. The colors will move and blend. If too much is happening, you can sop up some of it with a paper towel. Set this panel aside to dry. Once dry, attach to darker panel; stamp sentiment, add clear sequins and butterfly die, and adhered to card base. This is a really fun technique that will yield different results every time you do it.
