This card is for two challenges....Lydia's mix challenge to make a card with bg journaling, and the Power Poppy challenge found here, http://powerpoppy.blogspot.com/searc...&max-results=7
The card I chose to copy and steal is Cheryl's https://cherylquilts.blogspot.com/20...gis-today.html
She inspires me everytime she uploads a card.
Printed, colored the image. Added the subtle script, and then did the calligraphy sentiment. While coloring the flowers on the bottom, they were overworked and looked muddy. Printed another copy and colored them with copics, cut out and popped them up over the failures. Added wink of stella to all of them. TFL

Oh my goodness this is jaw dropping gorgeous. I could sit and look at this for hours. The background is fabulous and your flowers are drop-dead gorgeous. The mix challenge technique is perfect backdrop for your wonderful calligraphy. Can you tell how much I love this Linda. You and Cheryl both inspire me!
Please don't take your organs to heaven - heaven knows we need them here.

Oh, Linda! This is gorgeous, and I so love your watercoloring! And what fabulous hand-scripting...right down to the bottom. Love the note (yes, I worked with a boss many, many years ago, and I learned how to decipher nearly anyone's handwriting - haha! Beautifully done, sweet friend, so amazing! I am honored you CASE'd my card, and I love your version!! Hugs! xoxo
