So the actual challenge for Day 5 at MFT's summer camp was shadow stamping. Well I took the liberty of using a slight twist of shadow stenciling. Inked the stencil with white pigment ink first on the yellow card, and then shifted the stencil slightly and inked it in orange peel. I tried to mimic the shadow effect with layering the banners, too, but kept the sentiment pretty simple. Finished it off with a few enamel dots.
This is not my usual color scheme... feels a little wild and crazy. Also, the chevron pattern feels a little like a wild, African safari print to me. So while it may be a stretch, I'm also entering this into the SSS Wednesday Challenge - Let's Go Wild.
