I needed a sympathy card, and used Ina's Stamp2Spend Challenge to use a lighthouse on our card. I sponged the sky using a scalloped circle. I already had the piece cut for the water and don't know how it was cut, just in my stash. Maybe decorative scissors. Thanks for looking.

I love the look you achieved where the sky on the main image panel continues the sky on the bg piece. The cut edge for the water looks terrific...beautiful card. Faved.

This is a wonderful sympathy card indeed. I love the soft, serene colors you used, the stitched main panels, and the "waves" panel really complements the image panel. I also love how you continued your soft cloudy sky from the image panel onto the background panel. Just lovely! ~Karen.

Very peaceful and perfect for a sympathy card. So sorry that your friend lost her father but I am sure she will be comforted with your thoughtfulness- hugs!
