I'm totally in love with this card and that doesn't happen very often.
The card is for Lee's DTGD challenge and as I started to make it I realized that I could also do Kittie's so sorry girls you have to share.
Lee's technique is one of my favorites and I always get good results, this time was no exception and it has been waiting on my desk for me to get to it.
I love the cards Kittie does and follow her blog but felt it might take too long to do, however it all came together with out much of a problem given that all the cutting had to be done by hand with a craft knife. Woo hoo feeling pumped .... or is that just lack of sleep and too much coffee lol

Marg, what a gorgeous background you created for your scene. I love the pinks and purple mixed in with the blues. Your village in the background is so sweet and your deer are so pretty standing in the foreground. This is gorgeous. Way to combine two challenges into one beautiful project.
