In a style that is Loll's I embossed the image in gold after sprinkling Bisters on coated cardstock and spraying with water. The coated cardstock was a bit difficult to color. Distress markers worked. As I colored I washed the color with water and a paint brush to just tint the flowers and avoid harsh color. This was made during a fun week with Irishgreensue!
Thanks for stopping by.

You make the most amazing backgrounds, Nancy. The pinks and gold are stunning together. You are a master at using just a hint of color to creat a masterpiece.

I love that soft effect, the delicate colour on the flowers is just perfect for bister on coated card with the gold embossing really topping it off. Coated card stock reacts so differently from regular card, it give such a beautiful wash. As you know coated is my fav

I will never know how you got such a gorgeous background with Bisters - mine always turn into disasters. This card is perfect in my book - wonderful image and beautiful soft coloring enhanced by the gold embossing. Just beautiful!
