I made this card as a sample for Sabrina's challenge at the same time I was making the card for my challenge.
To make this Brusho panel look different from the other one, I removed a lot of the colour using a baby wipe and randomly added a circle stencil and inky daubers in various colours. Once dry, I placed a large 'word background' stamp into MISTI, inked it up with distress ink, spritzed on some water then stamped the first impression onto a scrap of paper, the second impression was onto the coloured panel.
The flowers were stamped on next, followed by the additional white triangle clusters. I am busting to tell you what I painted the flowers and clusters with but you will have to read the chat thread under Sabrina's challenge to find out LOL.
The stenciled bird was done next. I used my finger tips to smear on white Dylusion's paint, gave it a blast of heat and then scrubbed on several TH distress inks in the turquoise/greeny/bluish shades being careful to leave some of the white paint around the edges of the bird (liar, liar pants on fire - it was a complete fluke).
Thank you for looking and I hope you can join in the Fan Club fun this week.

I'm busting to find out - I know how creative you are! I think those flowers are just beautiful. Except for the colour, they make me think of chives, with that sort of dry spiky petal. And you know I love birds . Thanks for such a gorgeous sample, Susie.

Blush.........I'm in love with this bird. I don't think I've ever seen one I like as much. Just look at those long legs. Girl, you have made a masterpiece, as usual.
