| | I made this card for my dear friend Donna after picking up a recent issue of the PaperCraft magazine that had this Altenew stamp set included for free. I bought this same magazine for my friend Donna to have as a gift so thought I should make her card with these wonderful stamps and dies. I stamped the roses and die cut them. I stamped the rose bud from the SU Wild Rose set and fussy cut that out. Cut the bottom border of the top panel with a Spellbinder die and decorative piece. Then trimmed the card panel to the correct size to fit the card base. Using the SU Windows Framelits die, I made the aperture for the card. Then took the same size framelit and a large one and ran them thru die cutting machine at same time to create the raised border frame. Cut the lattice die and glued that on top of the aperture. Then placed the frame over the lattice die edges using foam tape. Cut and assembled the bow, then added the flowers and pistachio-colored pearls. This was such a fun card to make. |
