Another of my Tyvek backgrounds - this one was just done with regular Winsor & Newton watercolours as far as I remember - but I made it over a month ago so I can't swear to that. I was keeping it, because I thought it would make a lovely background for this little snail. I embroidered a silver trail, and added some flowers punched from one of those reject dud pieces in my scrap box. The sentiment was stamped in the same brown as the snail, but I went over it with a Stardust pen to make it sparkle like a snail's trail ;-). The snail was coloured with Polychromos pencils, and has Diamond Glaze on his shell only.
There are a couple of close-up shots on my blog.

You've done something to that Tyvek, Sabrina. Heated it? In any case, it looks quite rustic and pretty behind this sweet scene. Lovely card.

Oh, my gosh, this is so adorable! The background is awesome, and the flowers are so cute, but that snail is just wonderful! The embroidery trail is a genius addition - SO fun!

I can't figure out what you've done with Tyvek, but it sure makes an incredible bg and one that snails would love to roam around. I loved your snail photos on your blog. I've never seen snails away from soil. Pretty fascinating.

I have missed your creativity in the gallery these past few weeks....welcome back from your vacation. This bg is AMAZING ....it looks like satin and makes me want to touch it. What a fabulous snail, and the sparkling trail is perfect.
