This is my card for the MMTPT415 challenge "Fly Away, Fly Away, Your Colors So Gay". Our cards are going to a favorite Teapotter this week, and the challenge was "Color; we need color, bright cheerful colors, pretty pastel colors, lively neon colors."
This was simple but very time consuming; that's why I'm so late getting it done.
I downloaded the coloring page from Dover Publishing, opened in Photoshop, resized it and colored it using the paint bucket tool. The image was printed, cut to size and matted with black cs. I printed the sentiment on a separate layer and matted that, as well, before adhering the layers to the card base. I added Gelly Roll Stardust pen highlights in several colors to give it some sparkle.
This makes me smile; I hope it brings a smile to Donna as well!
As always, thanks for looking!

I see you sure are NOT short on patience - even with your paint tool, I can't imagine working on this for less than 2-3 hours, BUT, on the other hand, it is really a beauty!! A garden full of sunshine, flowers and rainbows that is sure to bring a huge smile!! Way to go, JO!

It has to bring a smile to anyone's face, Jody. You are one creative artist when it comes to manipulating photoshop. this is gorgeous and certainly if Donna loves color, there's no doubt she'll love this one.
