For todays MIX challenge - Notan Technique. I hope I understood this. I began with a brusho blue background. Cut the waves out of the background. Cut a white mat. Cut 2 each small circle, sun, sailboat and hello - then cut each of those in half and glued black and blues together. Assembled and covered waves with stickles.

I don't think I understood it completely; I think you did and this came out wonderfully! I love the beautiful splashes of blue against the darker contrast. And, the die cut waves really define the overall beauty of your card design.

I applaud you ability to sit down and figure out how to make this into a notan work of art. What you arrived at is stunning. Bold, bright, clean and crisp is what this beauty is, PJ.
