I picked up some glass bead glitter gel and I was rarin to go with this stuff so I pulled out a smaller cling stencil to give this a try on. I placed the stencil on the card stock, then sponged color into the open areas of the stencil using a finger dauber (I use PostIt notes to mask off areas so I get the color exactly where I want it). I let this dry a few minutes. Still leaving the stencil in place, spread a thin layer of glass bead glitter gel over the stencil and what you colored with the sponges. Remove stencil and let this dry several hours to over night. I was not sure what this was going to look like when this dried so I was thrilled with the results I saw the next morning. The mistake I ended up making was deciding to die cut the rectangle after doing this technique because the pressure from the machine pushed the glass bead glitter gel into the paper. Dang! It is still pretty, but lesson learned, cut your image panel before using glass bead glitter gel. The orange layer is embossed and the corners are rounded. This technique is a little messy, but oh-so-much fun!
